1/4 cup lime juice
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
In a small bowl, combine first four ingredients. Add chicken, stir, then let marinate for 15 minutes. In a nonstick skillet or frying pan cook chicken until done. Remove to a dish.
Slice and cook onion and pepper. Add to chicken. Serve in tortillas with sour cream, fresh salsa, guacamole and shredded cheese.
